I started a sporting life in the pool then learned to race bikes after seeing my first race, I was mesmerized by sound of the cassettes spinning by as the riders descended the hill by my house. Twenty five years later I’m on a quest to find the form I once had and whether I get there or not I know that the process of training makes me a better person, a good example for my daughter and a healthy husband.

This blog is about training, living, enjoying life and random posts about things that I enjoy and want to share.
