hitting the wall

It donned on me that there is a time to work and a time to rest and as November came to an end I realized that I haven’t taken enough time off from training. When the racing season concluded I jumped straight in to CrossFit and computrainer classes and have had a solid two months of post season transition training.

Coming in to December I faced a wall of fatigue everything was sore. Time to back off.
